Suitable for normal and stitch-down upper pre-moulding. Itis suitable for moulding of toe puffs made of different materials. For hot moulding,upper and lower moulds can be heated simultaneously to soften vamp for better jointing. For cold mould clamp,Teflon band and toe mould are combined to use, which can befreely adjusted according to the vamp thickness and can achieve perfect moulding performance. The toe last is made of Teflon band based on that offered by customers with a highprecision. The hot mould of the machine contains steam system which will make the vamp moreflexible and lustrous.
